Our Process

We rely on word-of-mouth walk-ins or inquiries via phone or email for these types of clienteles. Families will sometimes come in for a make-up photo shoot for a school or sport that we service and see our offices and inquire about doing family photos or a restoration for them.

Contact us via phone, email, or walk-in to discuss your portrait or restoration needs. We're happy to answer questions and provide free quotes for restoration projects.

2. Book Appointment

For portraits, we book an appointment at our offices. For restoration, we can scan and assess your photos on-site or you can bring them to us.

3. Photograph & Process

We photograph your portraits or scan and restore your photos, then process the images and put them online for easy ordering. All work is done in-house.

4. Fulfill & Deliver

We fulfill all orders and either ship or call the client for pick up of their order. Your restored or new portraits are ready when you are.
