Our Process

We are a fully vertically integrated photography company/studio. This means we do everything in-house from start to finish for our clients and customers.

1. Book & Plan

The organization reaches out to us, and we book the job and work out all the appropriate details: location, date, services, etc.

2. Photograph & Process

We organize the crew and arrive at the location (within 100-mile radius of our offices in San Jacinto). We photograph the participants and process the images and orders all in-house.

3. Fulfill & Deliver

We fulfill all orders and either ship or hand deliver them as well as any organization related items within 4 weeks of the shoot date.

4. Customer Service

We handle all customer service related to parent ordering, client needs, special requests, etc.
